Guided capture
A standardized, step-by-step collection across sites, rooms, and racks. Barcode and OCR capture of make, model, and serial; photographs at every level; measured load and battery data. Time in the room depends on how granular the scope is — the process is built for quality data, not speed.
Step 2
Centralized processing
Data is validated, organized, and analyzed through OWL’s assessment methodology. Every figure traces to what was physically on the unit — no inferred specs.
Step 3
Playbook generation
Findings, recommendations, lifecycle risk guidance, and BOM-ready output, structured for planning, budgeting, and deployment decisions.
